MIAMI (CBSMiami) — Police have apprehended a man who they said robbed a woman at gunpoint in Miami Wednesday.
It happened at 66th Terrace and N.W. 17th Avenue.
Miami Police said the victim was approached by the man on a bike who pulled out a gun and took her iPhone and wallet with $300 cash.
Through an app, the woman was able to track her phone down to possibly inside a vehicle.
Police were able to catch the suspect at the corner of 18th Avenue and N.W. 66th Street. They believe he may be responsible for several other robberies in the area.
